Due to the HAZARDOUS nature of motorsports, and 2002 Underground’s inability to control the installation and use of products sold on this web site,
THE PURCHASER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE OF ALL ITEMS PURCHASED FROM 2002 UNDERGROUND.

Product Use

VM Motorworks, LLC dba 2002 UNDERGROUND, and its associates, will in no way be held responsible for the use or miss use of any product sold by 2002 UNDERGROUND. All responsibility falls directly on the user of the product. By using any of the products sold by 2002 UNDERGROUND, the purchaser agrees to assume all responsibility and liability including, but not limited to, purchase choice, installation, maintenance, and use of all products sold by 2002 UNDERGROUND and their representatives. All sales are final.

Many items are sold for competition and off road use only. It becomes the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state and local regulations. 2002 Underground products are not certified legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicle(s). Performance products are legal in California only for racing vehicles, which may never be used on a public highway.

Warranty

It is the intention of 2002 Underground to sell quality products. We offer a 6 month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. We exclude consequential, incidental, and/or contingent damage of any kind; in any/all cases, the maximum warranty is strictly limited to the item cost. Warranty is only extended to original purchaser of the item.

We make no warranty as to suitability for intended use and specifically make no warranties for any any parts used in racing or competitive applications. Purchasers expressly affirm they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase suitable goods.

Custom Orders

All sales of custom orders all final. Custom orders may or may not require additional labor fees depending on the nature of the customization. The customer will be given an initial estimate for the custom work to be performed. The price of the customization is subject to change at any time due to availability of materials, manufacturing costs, and any unforeseen costs. Should the cost of the customized work be exceedingly different from the initial estimate, a member of the 2002 Underground sales team will contact the customer for approval before proceeding.
